The CPTS hosts the annual Golf Tournament at the Wintergreen Golf and Country Club. The 2019 Golf Day will be held on Wednesday, August 21st.

•Cost is $190 plus GST ($199.50) per person for Members, and $210 plus GST ($220.50) per person for Non-Members [GST #R122819170].
•The registration fee includes green fees, cart rental, registration gift, light brunch and dinner. Note that guests are responsible for their own drinks throughout the day.
•Registration must be completed online and fees are payable via credit card or paypal only (no cheques). Payment is due at the time of registration; unpaid registrations will be cancelled.
•CPTS is unable to offer cancellations or refunds; however, registrations are transferable to other CPTS members. Please notify CPTS (at email@example.com) if your registration has been transferred.
•Registration may be done on an individual basis or as teams of two, three, or four people.
•The CPTS will be offering a gift to all participants.
•When registering please choose one option per golfer.
•Gift selections (size) are only guaranteed for players that register by July 26. You may be able to change your selection if size, color and quantities remain available on site.
•Open to members and non-members.
•The tournament is limited to 36 teams (144 individuals). Once capacity is reached, CPTS is unable to accommodate additional participants.
•If capacity is not reached, registration will close on August 12.
